Directions and Shelf-life:

A 1 kg pack of Full Cream milk powder make 10 litres of milk: more milk, but less volume to store. It also is made with just one ingredient: milk and nothing else. A 100% natural product, with no preservatives, artificial additives or E-s.

Mix 130 gram of milk powder with 900 milliliter water for making approx. 1 liter milk to drink (you can adjust the ratio according to your own taste)

Unopened Ladismith milk powder has a shelf life of 18 to 24 months from the date of production. Once opened, transfer the powder to an airtight container and use it within 1 to 3 months for optimal freshness, flavor, and texture. 
For the longest shelf life, follow these best storage practices:
  • Temperature: Store in a cool, dry place ideally below 25°C. Avoid areas near stoves, heating devices, or direct sunlight.
  • Moisture control: Always use a completely dry spoon to scoop out the powder. Exposure to moisture will cause clumping and spoilage.
  • Airtight storage: Keep the powder in its original sealed packaging until use, or transfer it to a hermetically sealed glass or plastic container.
